At SOL Property, community is more than a value. It’s the foundation of who we are.

As a locally owned and family-run real estate agency, we are passionate about supporting the people, schools, clubs and organisations that make our community such a wonderful place to live. From sponsoring local school and kindergarten fundraising events to supporting community initiatives and local causes, we’re proud to contribute in ways that bring people together and make a positive difference.

While SOL Property is a new business, our roots in the community run deep. Founded by two locals who have lived and worked in the area for more than a decade, we believe strong communities are built through connection, kindness and support.

For us, real estate is about more than property. It’s about people. We are grateful to be part of a community that supports one another, and we believe local businesses have an important role to play in helping community organisations thrive.

SOL Property 2027 Community Partnerships Program

We’ve created a sponsorship program to provide local clubs, schools, charities and community organisations with the opportunity to share the important work they do and apply for support.

We’re seeking to partner with organisations that align with our values, make a meaningful contribution to the community, and would benefit from sponsorship to strengthen and grow their impact.

As our business grows, so does our commitment to giving back. Having proudly supported local schools and kindergartens, we are now looking to broaden our partnerships in 2027.

As part of our commitment to giving back, SOL Property is offering two community sponsorships of $1,500 each in 2027.

We encourage you to apply and share this opportunity through your networks, social media channels and at club meetings.

Sponsorship eligibility conditions

Applicants must be based and primarily service the 4032 or 4034 postcode (Aspley, Boondall, Carseldine, Chermside, Chermside West, Geebung, Zillmere).
Applicants can be one of the following: Registered not-for-profit organisation, Community group, Sporting club, School or educational organisation, Charity, Aged care or seniors' group, Volunteer organisation, Community-based initiative or association.
Applicants must be able to provide details of how sponsorship funds will be used.
Submission of an application does not guarantee sponsorship.
Successful applicants will be selected at the sole discretion of SOL Property. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of applications.
SOL Property reserves the right not to allocate all available sponsorship funds or packages.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these eligibility requirements and conditions noted on our website.

Successful applicants agree to:

Use the sponsorship for the purpose outlined in their application.
Provide updates, photos and testimonials regarding the impact of the sponsorship when reasonably requested for SOL Property's use across marketing channels.
Participate in promotional activities and content opportunities with SOL Property, including social media posts, photographs, videos and community updates.
Acknowledge SOL Property's sponsorship in a reasonable manner where appropriate.
Notify SOL Property of any significant changes to their organisation or the proposed use of the sponsorship.
SOL Property reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the sponsorship program at any time should the successful applicant not be using funds as intended.
